"Education is the great equalizer"
We are fortunate here in the United States that education is paid for by the people because we believe education is paramount for our future. So, as parents, we need to instill to our children that with hard work and determination, opportunities do exist, and there is a path to bettering themselves and their families. If a student has the desire and willingness to work hard for their successes, and is limited because of financial hardship, let the student's counselors and teachers know, and we will do what we can to help.
